We will enter into a Buyer’s Rep Agreement, which clearly outlines the rebate terms.
Inform the Builder’s Salesperson
From your first interaction with the builder, make sure to let their salesperson know that you’re represented by a Realtor – Sridhar Pasham / Deal Realty
Provide My Details to the Builder’s Representative

Consult Your Lender
Speak with your lender to determine how much of the rebate can be applied toward your closing costs.
Receive Your Rebate
- If the rebate cannot be credited to closing costs, we will send the funds to you after closing.
- Most of our clients receive the rebate within 7 days of closing.
