Membership Promotion & Renewal

 We are currently offering a $0 membership fee promotion until December 31, 2025. The annual membership renewal fee of $120 is due on January 1st each year, payable to DEAL Real Estate LLC (DEAL REALTY).

Transaction Fees

• Commercial Lease: $199 per side
• Residential Lease: $75 per side

Sales Price Commission Structure (No Cap)
 Fees increase with every $250,000 increment in sales price:

• Up to $250,000 → $99
• $250,001 – $500,000 → $200
• $500,001 – $750,000 → $300
• $750,001 – $1,000,000 → $400
